Pastor Tradanius Beard, a native of Memphis, TN, has been preaching the gospel for 24 years. He is the founding Senior Minister of the Northwest Church of Christ in Southaven, MS, where he has served for over 16 years. Pastor Beard obeyed the gospel at age 11 under the guidance of Dr. Billy C. Moore and was mentored by the late Dr. Nokomis Yeldell Sr.
He holds degrees from the University of Memphis, Grand Canyon University, and Liberty University, where he’s currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Pastor Beard and his wife, Dr. Darlisha Beard, have two daughters, Madison Grace and Kelsey Faith. His life motto is: “When you can’t understand the WHY’S of life, trust the WHO that controls it.”
Tradanius Beard is a visionary leader, pastor, educator, and strategist committed to transforming lives through the power of God’s Word and intentional leadership development. He serves as the lead minister of the Northwest Church of Christ in Southaven, Mississippi, where he is passionately building a thriving, self-sustaining church culture centered on discipleship, biblical authority, and kingdom impact.
He is the co-founder of Beard Leadership Solutions, where he and his wife provide coaching, consulting, and leadership development designed to cultivate growth “one strand at a time.” His leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, accountability, and transformational influence, equipping leaders to grow both personally and professionally.
